How to Grow Parsley

A great all-round herb, superb for British dishes, but also popular with European and Middle Eastern recipes.

Add to soup, meatballs, sauces and stews for a fantastic flavour.

The curly variety Champion Moss Curled is grown for its decorative properties as well as its taste.

Plain leaves varieties have a much stronger taste, but are grown in the same way.

Sow early in the season for a summer and autumn crop and again in August for a winter harvest,  Leaves can be picked, chopped and frozen, or dried in residual heat from a warm oven
