Pests & Diseases

Check your houseplants carefully to make sure they are in good condition. If they show signs of stress then try to identify the problem. Common problems include draughts, heat, dry air and a variety of pests.

Dust foliage plants to remove excess dirt, or wash gently with tepid water. Do not use water on cacti and succulent plants, or plants that have hairy leaves.

House plants can be affected by pests just as garden plants are.  At the first sign of infestation treat the plants with Plant Rescue Ready To Use for Ornamentals which will kill many pests on contact.  Alternatively use Bug Attack+ Quick Sticks which are pushed into the soil for 12 weeks of insect control and include added fertiliser for stronger, healthier plants.
