How to Grow Rosemary

Rosemary is  a fantastic herb for your brain, but it’s also great in the kitchen!

Great with roast lamb, stews, roast potatoes, as a flavoured butter or even to add to your fruit, it’s a great herb to have around.

Being slightly tender, rosemary likes a sunny, sheltered spot in your garden.  Remove flowers regularly.

Sowing takes place from February to July.

In order to keep it at its best, pick and prune regularly, only allowing the bush to reach about half a metre (2 feet) tall.
