busy lizzie Busy LizziesSow Busy Lizzie seeds from February to April in Surestart Seed & Cutting Compost in the greenhouse or on a kitchen windowsill.

Harden off throughout May and plant out once all risk of frost has passed. Busy Lizzies enjoy sun or partial shade and require well drained soil. If planting in borders incorporate organic matter such as organic Farmyard Manure or Soil Conditioner first. Plants will also thrive in pots or hanging baskets.

Protect your plants with Eraza Slug and Snail Killer.

Feed throughout the season with Nutri All Purpose Plant Food. If growing in containers mix Nutri Slow Release Plant Food granules or tablets into the compost when planting.

Dead head regularly to encourage prolonged flowering.
