Do you have a problem with one of your plants but are unsure of what's causing it? Let Plant Rescue from Westland come to your assistance.
Send us a picture of the problem and we will get back to you with a diagnosis and advice on how best to treat it. Plant Rescue is first aid for plants, helping you ensure you are giving your plants the best possible care.
You can send your picture either via the dedicated web form or by MMS message from your mobile phone to 60300 starting the text message with the word 'RESCUE'.
Before sending us text, please ensure that you've read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.
Mobile Questions
Is my mobile phone compatible with the Plant Rescue service?
The Plant Rescue service is available to anybody who has a mobile handset that has MMS/ Picture Message functionality. Please consult the phone manual or contact your network operator if you are unsure.
Internet Questions
Is there a file size limit when uploading a photo?
The maximum image size is 2MB.

The Plant Rescue team accept 5 queries per person, per day.
