National Account Manager – Westland Horticulture
We have a new opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager. You will join the UK’s largest branded, consumer and professional Horticulture Business., ‘Innovation, Performance, Partnership and Success’, are the words we use in our everyday language. Our people are focused on consistently delivering outstanding products for our customers.
National Account Manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Drive, ambition, and vision are what we are looking for from you. You should have:
- 5 years’ experience as a National Account Manager in a leading FMCG business
- Must be capable of playing a strategic role in the development of the business, and the delivery of Sales performance plans
- A proven track record in delivering and servicing current accounts and winning new business opportunities
- Should be capable of demonstrating a significant range of experience with leading grocery and or Key account customers, delivering strong growth
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms & conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results
- Must have a proven ability to clearly demonstrate strong ambition under your leadership in an FMCG business
- Commercially driven with strong P&L experience
- You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values, and possess strong teamworking skills and leadership capability
Additional Experience which is desirable:
- Product Development Experience
- Support the drive to be No1 in all product propositions
- Has operational experience of bringing products to market
