Westland offers an early-career development programme within our Maintenance Engineering department.  This is your route into a fulfilling and successful career at a growing and financially stable company.  You will work as part of a busy engineering team with the ultimate goal of becoming a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

• Level 2 Engineering
• Level 3 Gold Engineering
• Engineering Higher Level Apprentices (HLA)

• You will receive up to 31 holidays per year with additional days for length of service.
