Westland offers an early-career development programme within our Maintenance Engineering department. This is your route into a fulfilling and successful career at a growing and financially stable company. You will work as part of a busy engineering team with the ultimate goal of becoming a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
This year, we are offering the following Engineering apprenticeship opportunities:
- Level 2 Engineering
- Level 3 Gold Engineering
- Engineering Higher Level Apprentices (HLA)

- You will receive a weekly attendance bonus of up to £50 per week.
- On completion, of your apprenticeship training your pay will be reviewed and increased within our structured and highly competitive pay framework.
- You will receive up to 31 holidays per year with additional days for length of service.
- You will be eligible to join the company pension scheme.

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English.
