Westland Horticulture is looking for a proactive, hands-on Health & Safety Officer to play a key role in maintaining and developing a strong safety culture at our Ellesmere Port manufacturing site.
This is a highly visible, site-based role where you’ll work alongside the Senior Management Team to ensure safe working practices, legal compliance, and continuous improvement across the factory. If you enjoy being on the factory floor, influencing behaviours, and driving real safety improvements – this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting, developing, and embedding Health & Safety standards across the site, ensuring policies, procedures, and working practices are not only compliant, but actively lived day-to-day.
