How to grow vegetables in planting soil

Would you like to grow an abundance of healthy, tasty vegetables in your garden or allotment? Of course you do! That’s why we developed our Planting Soil For Vegetables. It has the optimum balance of sand, silt and clay which creates a more open free draining soil that is easier to re-wet and retains nutrients. How do I use Planting Soil for Vegetables in a vegetable bed?

1.Spread 3 inches of planting soil across the existing soil (native) in your border

2.Mix through the top 6-8 inches of native soil and level off

3.Dig a hole approximately twice the depth and diameter of the root ball

4.Place plant in the planting hole. Fill the gaps with new soil, firm in and water

How do I use Planting Soil for Vegetables in a raised bed or vegetable container?

1.Choose a container or trug with drainage holes and fill with planting soil

2.Thoroughly water the plants, gently tap the pot to remove and shake off the loose compost
