Mint Sauce

What better accompaniment to a traditional roast lamb than a fresh mint sauce?

Get extra brownie points by making yours from scratch with this easy to make recipe:
Serves 6
Ingredients
  • A couple of handfuls of mint
  • 8 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp boiling water
  • Sugar to taste

Step 1

Finely chop the mint leaves using a knife and a chopping board.

Step 2

Put the chopped mint leaves, white wine vinegar and boiling water into a small dish or ramekin.

Stir well and add sugar to taste.
