The Westland Garden

Welcome to gardening in spring! Could there be a better time in the garden than right now? The cold winter has (finally) gone; there are flowers and buds at every turn; the grass is growing; and wildlife is getting busier and busier. This is surely peak gardening?

And that’s why we at Westland Horticulture have launched this newspaper. We want it to be your trusted gardening partner, providing a plethora of gardening advice at key times of the year. Gardening and growing can, sometimes, be a little complicated with rules of ‘don’t do this’ or ‘don’t do that’. But we want to change that and show there are lots of positives about gardening – small steps that can make big impacts, with seed sowing, tending the soil, veggies to grow, or plants to love.
