The Moisture Lock Technology helps reduce plant stress, and gives you more abundant blooms, as well as brighter colours and glossier foliage. This technology incorporates water-storing granules that efficiently retain moisture, while an added surfactant ensures easier rewetting, maintaining optimal hydration levels for your plants. This West+2 wood fibres help reduce drying out yet this compost requires less watering than the average peat reduced and peat free composts.

Before you begin
Rework compost between hands to allow it to regain intended texture.
Pots & Baskets
Tap off your plant from your old pot, shake off any loose compost and place into your new pot. Fill any gaps and then water.

Water wisely
Even with West+2 we still recommend more frequent watering due to peat free composts’ more open, porous structure. The surface of the compost can also appear dry, while deeper down it is still moist. Check moisture levels by simply pushing your finger into the planting mix to check if its dry before watering.
Good Advice
- Use in a well ventilated place and avoid breathing in dust.
- Always wear gloves when gardening and wash your hands after use.
- Not suitable for ericaceous plants.
