- Almost fill a seed tray or pots with moist seed compost. We recommend using either Gro-Sure Seed and Cutting Compost or Westland John Innes Seed Sowing Compost
- Sow seeds thinly over the surface ad lightly cover them with a little more compost
- Place in the warmth 18-20°C (65-70°F) and keep moist
Growing On
- Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from direct sunlight
- When large enough to handle, transplant 5cm (2in) apart into trays of potting compost or individually into small pots
- Grow in a minimum temperature of 15°C (60°F)
Planting Out
- Plant into growing bags or the greenhouse border, 45cm (18in) apart when the first flowers have opened
