Deadfast Ant Killer Plus Powder is a naturally active, ready to use solution designed to tackle a wide range of crawling insects quickly and effectively. Powered by pyrethrins derived from chrysanthemum flowers, this fast-acting powder delivers a rapid knockdown, helping you regain control of your space with minimal fuss.

Ideal for use indoors and outdoors, it’s perfect for targeting ants at the source, as well as dealing with cockroaches, wasps, moths and many other nuisance insects*. Its versatile formula makes it suitable for use around sheds, garages, patios, paths, ant nests, wasp nests and refuse areas, offering dependable control wherever the problem appears.

Why Use?

Deadfast Ant Killer Plus Powder is for amateur use against ants and other insects*. The product can be used outdoors on hard, porous and non-porous surfaces, hard and soft furnishings. It can also be used indoors in domestic premises (including kitchens) and on pet bedding. For use outdoors on lawns, in sheds, garages, on paths, ant nests, wasp nests and refuse tips.

*This product can also be used against flies (two-winged), mosquitoes, cockroaches, wasps, earwigs, silverfish and other bristletails, fleas, bedbugs, dust mites, moths, booklice, aphids, caterpillars and sawflies.

How to Use

  • Use as a dry powder only.
  • One application can destroy the nest within 3 weeks.

Application Rate

  • For flat, hard surfaces apply 10g of product per square metre of surface.
  • For ant nests in grass apply 20g of product per square metre.

 

 

RISK AND SAFETY INFORMATION

To avoid risks to human health and the environment, comply with the instructions for use. Keep in a safe place. Do not contaminate foodstuffs, eating utensils or food contact surfaces. Cover all water storage tanks before application. Do not apply directly to animals. Exclude animals during application. Do not apply to clothing or human bedding. All bats are protected under the wildlife and countryside act 1981. Before treating any structure used by bats consult Natural England, Scottish Natural Heritage or the Countryside Council for Wales. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use. Hazardous to bees. Action should be taken to prevent foraging bees gaining access to treated nests, preferably by removing the combs or blocking the nest entrances. This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way. Use biocides safely and sustainably. It is illegal to use this product for uses or in a manner other than prescribed on this label. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Contains 0.12% w/w chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with supercritical CO2 and 1.17% w/w piperonyl butoxide.

STATUTORY CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL RELATING TO USE – FOR USE ONLY AS AN INSECTICIDE

  • Application rate: apply as required over the area to be treated.
  • Users must comply in full with all their responsibilities under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended), including complying with all Conditions of Approval.

  • Contains 0.12% w/w chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with supercritical CO2 and 1.17% w/w piperonyl butoxide.
