To repair your damaged hose
- Cut off the damaged piece of hose
- Take the clamping nut off each end of the connector
- Then firmly push that end of hose into the middle of the hose fitting, as far as it will go, allowing the claws to clamp down onto the hose
- Hand tighten the clamping nut over the hose fitting
- Repeat this step on the other side to conclude joining 2 pieces of hose together
