Ideal for lawn repairs, turf laying and aerating. Not suitable for ericaceous (acid-loving) plants.
First put on a pair of gloves and rework soil between hands to reconstitute. Then you’re all set!
Top dressing
- Rake, spike, or scarify the lawn.
- Spread 2 litres per m2 evenly, brush in with a stiff broom, and water well.
- Top dress when the lawn is dry for best results.
Lawn Bumps & Hollows
- Apply a 1cm layer evenly over the surface.
- Water well and repeat every two weeks until level.
- For deep hollows, slit turf, fill with dressing, and firm turf back into place.
Aerating
- Use a fork or a hollow tine aerator introduce holes into lawn.
- Apply 2 litres per m2 over surface.
- Brush in to fill in holes, sweep up the excess.
Turf Laying
- Repair hollows and ensure the surface is flat.
- Lay turf, apply 1-2 litres per m2, brush in, and water well until joins are no longer visible.
